Richard “Ricky” has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry and has held corporate positions in Multinational companies, overseas in Dubai, in various departments including Financial Controlling, Operations and Investment. Similar to the way a lot of investors begin their careers in real estate, he purchased a single-family rental in 2012 and was able to scale over the following eight years to a large portfolio of single-family homes. Seeing new opportunities, Ricky pivoted his holdings towards commercial real estate, where he now owns and manages several buildings of his own. He also consults clients to support their investments in real estate and business, owns a property management business, and provides business consulting services.  Clients and investors benefit from his extensive knowledge in real estate, investing, own vs. lease, and other finance topics, to maximize their return on investment and succeed in their business strategy. Ricky is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ohio.

 The early part of Joumana’s career began in real estate in Dubai, UAE, where she lived and worked as a licensed Real Estate Agent for a residential and commercial developer. She supervised sales in excess of $1 billion. Since then, Joumana has also held various positions in marketing and management for Multinational companies, managing multi-billion-dollar brands, strategies, and marketing budgets. Joumana currently focuses on Lionheart Property Management .
